1. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry. A booking exists only when we have sent you a written confirmation describing the service, dates, inclusions and price, and you have accepted it [and paid any deposit requested].
2. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise and specify whether they apply per person, per group, per tent or per vehicle. A quote is valid for [7 days]. [Payment methods and deposit: to be defined by the owner.]
3. What is included
Only the items listed as included in your written confirmation are included. Optional upgrades are charged separately.
4. Changes by you
Ask us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them; price differences may apply.
5. Changes by us
The desert is a natural environment. For safety reasons we may change routes, timings or activities because of weather (heat, wind, sandstorms), road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will offer a comparable alternative where possible.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, including health conditions, dietary needs and the ages of children.
- Follow the instructions of guides and drivers, particularly during camel, quad, buggy and 4x4 activities.
- Hold valid travel documents and, we strongly recommend, travel insurance covering the activities you book.
7. Liability
